This Youth Exchange will be held in Nisa, Portugal. Nisa is a municipality with a total population of 8,047 inhabitants and it is located in Portalegre District. It is a beautiful village in Alentejo region, characterized by its typical white houses with colored band, in a quiet and peaceful place.

It lends its name to one of the most famous Portuguese sheep cheeses. Furthermore, it is also famous for its typical red clay and for the diversity and richness of its traditional arts and crafts. For the realisation of this Exchange, we chose Nisa because: it’s composed of a vast countryside, has territorial desertification and aged population.
